Travel Tip - 4 ways to bring fun to your trip

Glass jar filled with folded pieces of paper.

When you’re exploring a new destination, try 4 ways for choosing free things to do ‘at random’ 😊

1. If you have a few ideas these can be on small pieces of paper and folded to draw out of a hat - or the hotel room’s coffee mug, depending on what you have with you.

2. You could also have ‘indoor ideas’ on different coloured paper when a rainy day is expected.

3. Or number a list and online search ‘automatic number generator’ with 1 to 18 for example, and the button will select a number for you.

4. Even with a menu you can close your eyes and point to a meal at random when sitting down to eat. If the menu items are numbered, the online number generator can work great for this too.

This can be a fun way to bring the feeling of an adventure to your trip, while still including things you like.
